At COCOON, we want you to love your home sanctuary; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to ensure a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the items back into their original COCOON packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
