How long does shipping take for furniture and decor?

Standard shipping for decor items typically takes 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, delivery usually takes 2-3 weeks as we use specialized white-glove carriers to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Yes, all COCOON furniture pieces come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal residential use.

Can I track my order once it has shipped?

Absolutely. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.

Do you offer assembly services?

For large furniture items, we offer a White Glove Delivery service at checkout which includes room-of-choice placement, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
